We are currently looking for a Handball Coach for our after school program at Locke High School!
Effectively implement and administer a handball program and activities for members
Ensure the development of healthy lifestyles curriculum plans.
Foster the educational experience via hands‐on, developmentally appropriate, and highly
interactive methods.
Coach and provide players instructions in the rules, regulations, equipment, and
techniques of handball.
Organize and direct group practices activities or exercises.
Monitor players during competition and practices.
Model sport-like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials
and spectators.

Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson (BGCC) is part of the Boys & Girls Club of America movement that provides outcome-based after-school and summer programming to youth ages 6 through 18 years old. In 2016, our Club was ranked as the fastest-growing Club for teens nationwide.
As an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are comprised of twenty-eight locations in Carson, Gardena, Watts, and South Bay of Los Angeles - 1 Clubhouse, 18 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 3 high schools.
