We provide homework help to the residents of the low income apartment community, Bradford Apartments. Schedule varies, but is generally 3-4pm Mondays and Thursdays. Each month's schedule will be realeased before the month begins. Scheduling is flexible, you are not required to commit to every session. The number and age of kids who attend varies each day, however we typically have 3-8 elementary age students needing homework help. Each day varies, you may be assisting with math homework, dictating a practice spelling test, or listening to a child read. At the end of each month, students who participated in the homework help sessions are rewarded with a pizza party!

The goal of Portfolio Resident Services’ "Good Neighbor Program " is to impact the residents of local tax-credit communities through diverse programs that provide learning enrichment, life skills and community development. Many of these residents are in great need and our program provides the hope, skills and encouragement to change lives.
