Help create a welcoming environment for the residents of Bradford Apartments to come and participate in our services and classes. Bradford Apartments is a low-income, tax credit community and our nonprofit provides much needed classes, services, and activities to the residents. Our Community Center is in need of a fresh coat of paint in the bathrooms. We are needing volunteers who have experience painting and can do a good, clean job. Paint and supplies will be provided. If interested, additional painting opportunities can be assigned.

Description
The goal of Portfolio Resident Services’ "Good Neighbor Program " is to impact the residents of local tax-credit communities through diverse programs that provide learning enrichment, life skills and community development. Many of these residents are in great need and our program provides the hope, skills and encouragement to change lives.
