Volunteers Needed to Support PWC's ToolBelt Ball Fundraiser
ORGANIZATION: People Working Cooperatively, Inc.
Please visit the new page to apply.
Help PWC raise funds to provide accessibility and fall-safety modifications to low-income families by volunteering at the ToolBelt Ball at the Manor House Saturday, September 28th from 5:30pm-11:00pm.
Volunteers help PWC hold its annual Toolbelt Ball by assisting with greeting and directing guests, helping facilitate raffles and silent auctions, and cleaning up at the event's conclusion. We hope to welcome 500 guests to the event, and we are relying on volunteers to help provide a great guest experience and raise critical resources to support our programming.
We're looking for motivated, talented volunteers to help with a variety of roles, including:
- Silent Auction Hosts - provide information to our guests about the silent auction items and help guests use the Ready Set Auction site to place bids; help locate auction items and get them to the winning guest at the end of the night
- Raffle Sellers - mingle with guests and promote our Golden Ticket Raffle during the cocktail hour
- Paddle Raiser Helpers - help the auctioneer locate guests wanting to make a donation during the presentation; record guests’ paddle number and amount donated
- Event Clean-Up - for those who don’t mind starting late, we could use a few fresh sets of hands to help clean up our mess after the event!
Please follow the link below to register online through the PWC website, and thank you!
