NAAHP is looking for a talented Content Writer to join their Communications team. The Content Writer will play an integral role in composing efficient and compelling information for membership access as well as stakeholders. The positon will also include the task editing content of colleagues before submission/publication/final drafts are sent/ final projects are displayed etc.

NAAHP wants a strategist and an opportunist who is driven by developing new ideas for various audiences.


  • Editing content
  • Reviewing the quality and the execution of projects
  • Implementing new ideas for articles
  • Coordinating written and visual media
  • Creating new ideas to expand on existing practices and/or processes
  • Researching new information in order to assist with concept development
  • Developing/editing organization wide templates
  • Correspond with web master to oversee website changes
  • Correspond with social media manager to oversee social media pages

Required/Preferred Skills

  • Possess an exceptional command of the English language and grammar
  • Ability to work within scheduled time and adhere to personal and assigned deadlines
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with editing software (ex. Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat etc.)
