Come out and volunteer as a group leader for our Field Trip Program! Students K-12 explore the Kentucky Horse Park for a few hours up to a full day to experience a working horse farm and interact with over 40 breeds of horses! Volunteers needed to help facilitate these groups and guide them around the park. No prior horse experience or KY Horse Park knowledge necessary, we will provide orientations on a monthly basis. As the only Park in the world dedicated to the horse, we offer visitors a chance to see a variety of breeds of horses in their daily routines, against a background of an immaculately kept Kentucky Horse Farm.The Kentucky Horse Park was formed in 1978 and the Volunteer program initiated in 2000.
