Sending and Receiving Volunteer Are you dedicated to serving the mental health community? This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of IBPF's programs!
Our programs are all free and have lasting impact throughout the world. The focus of this volunteer/internship position is to support our Healthy Living with Bipolar Disorder book program and our Mental Health Awareness Patch program by receiving and filling orders for shipment. You will: *Assist with IBPF in-house programs including managing inventory, orders, supplies and communications with the public about our programs
*Assist with email correspondence and outreach
*Prepare items for shipping *Resolve shipping issues *Learn about mental health nonprofit operations Will train but must have the following skills: *Email correspondence skills essential. Must be able to communicate via email and manage incoming orders and questions about programs *Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook *An interest in nonprofits, mental health or both
