ORGANIZATION: Milwaukee Academy of Science - (MAS)

In this Milwaukee Bucks sponsored program volunteers will tutor freshman students with a "C" average in Algebra. Volunteers will be required to communicate with the volunteer coordinator and students strengths, weaknesses, and strategies for tutoring the students. Specific tutoring needed: algebra skills and support in applying those skills on grade level problems.

Tutoring will occur during Advisory period (10:15 am - 11:15 am) and/or after school (3 pm - 4:30 pm)

Algebra class support will occur during class periods 9:30 am-12 pm and 1:15 pm-3:00 pm

The Milwaukee Academy of Science is a K-12 public charter school located in the heart of Milwaukee.
