Experience using Network Solutions, WordPress, and Google Apps for business is preferred. An understanding of the technical needs of a small (two employees plus board of directors) but growing organization is important. The Technical Support would do the following:
- Manage renewals of website and domain names (currently with Network Solutions but we are open to moving to a different host if necessary)
- Manage email addresses for PPCM domain
- Perform a technical audit to be sure we are getting what we need from our web provider - not paying for more than we need or paying too much for what we’re getting
- Answer technical website/email-related questions as needed
- Help troubleshoot WordPress issues and keep WordPress plugins updated
