One-time volunteers are needed for The Association for Individual Development's Color Burst 5K Fun Run & Roll! We are seeking people who would like to assist us with registration of volunteers, hospitality and water stations, traffic control, "color bursting" the runners, selling raffle tickets, set up, clean up, and much more! Individuals, small or large groups welcome!

Over 100 volunteers are needed to come together to help AID raise funds for programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness and those who have suffered trauma or are at risk.

The event takes place on Sunday, June 4th at the AID Aurora campus: 309 New Indian Trail Ct., Aurora, IL 60506

Description

For over 50 years, the Association for Individual Development (AID) has provided services to individuals who have developmental, physical, and/or mental disabilities, those who have suffered trauma or those at risk.

All clients have access to vital, life enriching services including: early intervention; developmental therapy; autism programs; audiology; respite care; permanent affordable housing; developmental and vocational training; job placement and on-the-job coaching services; crisis intervention; community education and advocacy.
