We need help planning a fundraiser event in October!

The mission at Families to Freedom is to transport victims of domestic abuse to safety. In order to continue serving transportation needs of domestic violence victims, we need funding.

We need enthusiastic, creative, and engaged volunteers for fundraising and event planning! Join our team to plan this year's big event to be a huge success! Come prepared to talk about your event planning experience and what skills and talents you have to contribute. This role requires attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, great people skills, and a teamwork attitude. Periodic meetings in the north Dallas area will be needed. Choose your level of contribution from the following needs:

• Design elegant table decorations and centerpieces
• Plan venue decoration and set up
• Coordinate greeting attendees
• Work with volunteers to assist before and during the event
• Solicit for and manage the display of raffle items at an event
• Assist with event promotion
• Create invitations
• Decorate raffle and dessert stations

There are various roles you could take on based on your experience and interest. We offer flexible work times for onsite or offsite.
