Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Alzheimer's Association, Nebraska Chapter - Omaha

Have you ever considered joining other passionate folks from your community working behind the scenes to put on an inspirational Walk event that benefits millions? We are currently seeking volunteers to make a tangible impact in Norfolk by joining our Walk to End Alzheimer's planning committee.

Do any of the following describe you or someone you know?

? Leader

? "People" Person

? Organized

? Well-connected in your community

? Communicator

? Caring

? Detail oriented

? Handy

? Problem solver

If one or more of these skills describes you I would urge you to consider joining the committee. Won’t you help us build our committee as we lead the way to Alzheimer’s first survivor?

I am available via email at lkwynn@alz.org or by phone at 402-502-4300x8259 to discuss whether or not our committee is the right fit for you. Or you may go directly to alz.org/nebraska to apply.

At our Walks, people carry flowers representing their connection to Alzheimer’s - a disease that currently has no cure. But what if one day there was a white flower for Alzheimer’s first survivor? What if there were millions of them? Help make that beautiful day happen by joining the Norfolk Walk to End Alzheimer’s planning committee today.

Yours in the fight,

Laura Wynn
