Purpose of
Assignment:
Help Travel Office with customer service and basic administration duties.
Using Service:
Beneficiary Travel Office
Department & Location:
Veteran Transportation Service Uptown and Downtown Offices

Time Requirements:
8a.m.-Noon / Noon-4:30p.m. (We will take what time you can give)
Specific Duties:
Please continue on separate sheet if additional space is needed.
- Answer basis travel questions
- Filing paperwork and sorting forms
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Showing veterans how to use the kiosk machines
- Assisting veteran with completing forms
Qualifications & Training Required:
Good communication skills; pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, ability to get along with others.
