The National Neutropania Networks aims to support and educate those who have Neutropenia, a rare blood disorder. We are developing various ways we can support children and adults with neutropenia and their families. Support may include: support groups, peer support, mentoring, etc.

If you are interested in developing ways we can support those with Neutropenia, please let us know. We will meet approximately 6-8 times per year and committee members can join in person, via phone, video chat, etc.

About National Neutropenia Network

Mission Statement

The mission of the National Neutropenia Network is to promote awareness, education, and research, and to provide a support system for patients with severe chronic neutropenia (SCN) and their families through a national resource network.

Description

The National Neutropenia Network coordinates efforts on a national scale to promote awareness and education about Neutropenia. Raised awareness will help current and future patients find the support and treatments they need as well as increase the motivations for research towards improved understanding and treatments.

We are also striving to develop a support system for individuals and families affected by Neutropenia. Dealing with this condition can be confusing, frustrating and even lonely. And while we are a small community we are a close-nit community eager to connect with others and give them any support we can.
