KidWorks is looking for a Baseball Coach/ Assistant four our Jr. High Boys Team!
The voluneer will help improve and develop baseball skills in a semi-competitive environment. It is not all about winning, but buliding character.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Teach the fundamental skills and mechanics through various practices and drills as well as provide constructive criticism to help the players improve.
Time Commitment: Two to three hours a day, three times a week.
Practice: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30- 5:30pm
Game days would be Friday or Saturday: Time TBD
Qualifications:
- Understand basic baseball rules
- Patience
- Enjoys working with Jr. High Boys

Description
Since 1993 KidWorks has been working to restore at-risk communities in Central Santa Ana. We currently operate three learning centers. Our aim is to provide a safe place in the community for children, youth, and adults to be encouraged, challenged, and supported. Some of the services we offer are after-school tutoring, computer help, a library, creative arts classes, a state licensed preschool and mentoring for teens.
