Job Description:

The Video Production Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, writing, editing, and producing video projects. This individual will work with other departments to enhance brand awareness and BTF program materials. The Video Production Specialist will implement conceptual thinking, bringing concepts to life through video and develop multiple projects from conceptualization through completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with key staff to identify and clarify communications concepts, scope, theme, audio and visual elements, timeline, and priorities

• Create and present clear, articulate storyboards and other presentation materials for feedback and approval

• Work with specified individuals to develop voiceover content and narrative for these videos

• Plan and performs video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing

  • Utilize computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts

  • Compress video projects for output

    • Make video files available to appropriate individuals and teams

Other assigned duties:

• Attend and participate in all staff meetings
• Provide coordination and participation in fundraising activities
