The Rise Foundation is a nonprofit organization servicing youth of single parent households, and their single parent on the college transition, transitioning from high school to a college, trade, or University in efforts to ease their financial transition. We offer the following workshops FAFSA, College readiness, Mentoring, computer literacy for the parents, and mentoring. Currently we are seeking mentors for our mentoring program Girls in Pearls, Guy's in Ties, We are in need of both male and female roll models from the community of Englewood and beyond to come out and give some postive advice to our youth. Our mission is to provide Resourceful, Informative, Services To Educate, Our youth coming from a single parent home. We feel no child that wants to attend a college, our University, should be left behind nor turned around due to a lack of funding to go to college.

Description

The Rise Foundation, is a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)3 status. Currently servicing the youth& their single parent in Chicago 's Englewood community. Since we were founded we have assist with 100% of the youth in our program attend a college or University of their choice. We vow to continue our quest to provide the resources, and in the very near further our very own Schlorship to the lucky recipients in rhis wonderful program!
