leads and manages the organization’s outreach and support functions for Women of Color On the Move. Be willing to learn

Will support the Vice President of Program and Volunteers with Women of Color On The Move.

S/he contributes to Women of Color On the Move success by performing these functions in a timely, professional, effective manner and through contributions to organizational programs strategy, planning, budgeting, program execution, partnerships and stewardship with all volunteers of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with sector, marketing and management staff to develop and manage network strategies, plans, program and the community concerns in rolling out the programs of Women of Color On the Move.

Work with volunteers and board members to develop inspiring and empowering programs for each sector including websites, support materials and Programs for the organization. Develop training and education program by overseeing the strategies and plans for collaboration across all sectors of the Women of Color On the Move .

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE SKILL:

  • Be able to form partnership development and outreach experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and influence partnerships and senior leaders in other organizations. * Proven success developing and managing public engagement programs or campaigns, including strategy, planning, partnerships, and outcomes measurement.
  • * Masterful written and oral communication skills including proven success in presenting ideas and concepts effectively and persuasively.
  • Collaborative, outgoing, professional, and innovative approach.
  • Willing to write a program for a non-profit
  • Will report to the Vice President of Programs for Women of Color On The Move
