Office Assistants can work for approx imately 5-35 hours per week , depending on availability.
Office assistants will work alongside BkMSCC staff members to help manage office tasks and materials. Specific duties MAY include, but are not limited to:* Office organization * Data entry, volunteer hours tracking * Photo archiving * Website content management and editing * Event planning and management * Event promotion * Grant writing and organization * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Strong attention to detail. * Able to listen and communicate effectively with community members of diverse backgrounds. * Dependable and punctual. * Self-directed and willing to take initiative. * Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Office suite). * Currently seeking volunteers at least 16 years of age.
