Job Title: Assistant Bookkeeper
This position will serve as part-time bookkeeper for the Hope Village Project. The current lead part-time accountant will handle all other accounts. Duties include reconciling Tanzanian grant retirement reports with QuickBooks, analyzing financial position, closing QuickBooks for the year. The time commitment is variable six to 8 hours per week The records are maintained on a Songea’s Kids laptop used by the bookkeeper in his/her home on a self-determined schedule.
