Responsibilities

 Develop and implement front-end web code and design standards for writing clean,

semantic code.

 Wireframe and mockup revamped or brand new site pages.

 Collaborate with marketing teammates and other project stakeholders.

 Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for

prospects, leads, and customers.

 Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on

clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

 Stay up-to- date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

Requirements

 Strong background with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

 Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices. Problem solver with everything developed to

improve our site’s experience and drive action.

 Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.

 Personal interest in staying up-to- date on the latest trends, including agile methodology

and emerging best practices in the UI community.

 2-3 years of web development experience.

 BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
