Help us at DC Bilingual Public Charter School rejuvenate and prepare our garden for springtime!
We have a lot to do to make sure our garden space is ready for the growing season. We will be:
- weeding
- planting veggies and flowers
-turning the compost bin
-planting and re-vegetating our climbing hill
- setting up temporary barriers around the climbing hill
Plus more tasks!
We are looking for people willing to get their hands dirty, who work hard, and who have good attitudes -- we'll be working rain or shine! We will provide snacks and water, but not a full lunch. Please come with a water bottle, appropriate clothing (layers are key!), and whatever else you need.
Our school depends on volunteers -- you keep our school's garden a place for growth, exploration, and beauty.
