Seeking Volunteer Administrative Assistant for our Day Center. Full or Part time with a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Basic skills required include: phone skills, Outlook, Word, and Excel. basic operation of the office to include email correspondence, database entry, and will also be responsible for phone interviews with potential clients of the program.
Must be comfortable working with individuals from diverse religious, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
Previous experience working in an office setting is required. Grant writing experience not required but highly advantageous!
These are volunteer postions for individuals who are looking to put their event planning skills to good use with a local organization that helps homeless children and their families.
