Gadget Lab with Bloomberg volunteers
Our seniors receive wonderful one on one assistance with their gadgets, phones, computers!

Are you passionate about tech gadgets and computers? Patient volunteers are needed to help seniors in our on-site Computer/Tech Lab! Volunteers assist older adults 1 on 1 with various devices, including desktops (in our lab), laptops, tablets and phones, on all operating systems. Sample questions from seniors may include "How do I use email and how can I Skype with my grandchildren?", "How do I organize my photos?" and "How do I use my new gadget?"

Tech Lab hours: We schedule volunteers in 3 different Computer/Technology Lab sessions. Tuesdays 10 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesdays from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and Fridays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

We are in need of a volunteer for every Wednesday from 1-4 pm. We will be screening via phone immediately and then interviewing for this position. We are specifically looking for someone that has knowledge of Apple products, especially the iPhone and iPad.

We are also in need of volunteers willing to substitute when someone is on vacation.
