2016 One in Five Marathon Relay
We Run for the One in Five

This year, one in five adults will experience a mental illness-and with early intervention, we can reduce the devastating effects. That's the mission and the reason for the Hope Network One in Five Marathon Relay and 1.5 Mile Community Walk.

Proceeds from the event will support Hope Network and the services they provide to those looking to overcome the challenges of mental illness.

RUN
At the One in Five Marathon Relay, teams of five will complete a full marathon. The first four runners will each complete a 5-mile loop, and the last will represent the one in five by taking on a more challenging 6.2-mile route.

ACCESSIBILITY New this year, wheelchair and handcycle athletes are invited to participate and register for the 6.2 mile course on race day.

WALK
The simple act of walking can end the stigma, change our community, and save lives. Join us for the 1.5-Mile Community Walk as we take steps toward that reality.

Various volunteer opportunities are available both for set up on Friday, May 26 and event day Saturday, May 27. Visit http://1in5marathonrelay.com/volunteer for more info.
