Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Schedule/reserve meeting rooms
Maintain contact list for local schools, hospitals, etc.
Schedule exit interviews
Schedule and invite nominees to lunch and learns
Prepare correspondence
Send out letters

Microsoft Word and Excel, Take and Prepare Meeting Minutes
