Purpose of

Assignment:

Help CITC/NVCC with customer service desk

Using Service:

Care in the Community (CITC/NVCC)

Department & Location:

NVCC Customer Service

Time Requirements:

Mon-Fri 8am- Noon/ Noon-4:30 p.m. if possibe. (We will take what time we can get)

Specific Duties:

Please continue on separate sheet if additional space is needed.

Excellent customer service representative to welcome visitors, answer the phone and forward calls to the responsible Nurse or MSA

Make daily rounds to several locations within the facility to pick up medical documentation for NVCC

Ask that you do not answer NVCC questions

May be asked to make copies and to mail out correspondence to Veterans. May be asked to escort Veterans and/or visitors to other locations in the facility.

Qualifications & Training Required:

Good communication skills; pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, ability to get along with others.
