Responsibilities: The Donor and Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for soliciting donors and volunteers to ensure volunteer and supply needs are met for Share My Smile events. Coordinator will work with the Operation Holiday Smiles Project Director and Care for You Action Program Director to ensure they have all the supplies needed to complete their projects. Reports to the Board President and Board.

Job Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation to be able to pick up and deliver the donated items to events and/or storage site. The ability to work with people of diverse background, be outgoing, be perceptive and intuitive, and be comfortable speaking in public. Communication and presentation experience preferred, but not required.

Job Description: The Donor and Volunteer Coordinator will establish relationships with people in the community or on-line for volunteer and donor recruitment. They will manage volunteers as well as maintain the donor and volunteer database. Will also be presenting to community organizations, businesses, committees, etc. and participating in the Council Bluffs Volunteer Network to engage in the efforts to inform the public and raise awareness about Share My Smile.
