2 Da Rescue is an all breed dog rescue. We have a rehab property in Apache Junction where we usually have 50-60 dogs. There's several buildings on the property where dogs are living and lots of yards for them to play in, it's a very busy atmosphere and we need help cleaning their living quarters, giving them baths, walking dogs, socializing them and giving meds and other misc. duties (rehab in the pool in the summer). We have a big dog section, a small dog section and a puppy house. We really need help in the mornings and we only ask you to committ to once a week for 3 hours - for example - Mondays from 730-1030. This way you're providing consistensy for the dogs that will get to know you and your fellow voluneers that have committed to other times during the day. We also allow for swaps and are just a group of dog loving people that want to make a difference in the lives of the dogs we take off the streets, from the pound and the reservations. We have lots of medical dogs and it's really rewarding to see them get adopted and play and finally live the life they were meant to.
