The Administrative Support volunteers support the Red Cross by aiding in the office administration of various departments, including answering phones, greeting members of the public, general office filing and upkeep of office records, checking invoices, copying, faxing, and shredding.
The responsibilities of an Administrative Support volunteer include:
- Work in the office supporting different departments
- Greet clients, staff and other volunteers by working the front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, phone calls, and data entry.
