ORGANIZATION: CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse)

CASA Community Thrift Shop is seeking one detail-oriented volunteer responsible for sorting, inspecting, folding and maintaining the linens department in the Thrift Shop. This will include some standing and bending with minimal heavy-lifting involved.

We are seeking TWO volunteers who can serve one day per week each. Flexible - set your own schedule!

PLUS! You can earn "Funny Money" to use in the Shop. For every hour you serve, you will receive $1 of Funny Money to use!

About CASA: CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse) is a non-profit organization serving survivors of domestic violence in Southern Pinellas County. CASA operates the area’s 24-hour crisis hotline and 100-bed emergency shelter, offers community support groups, provides courtroom advocacy, assists the Child Protective Investigative team and conducts community and corporate training. In addition, CASA's Peacemakers Program teaches anti-bullying and healthy relationship curriculum throughout the Pinellas County school system to end the generational cycle of violence.
