Do you enjoy brightening someone's day? Being a compassionate listener and helping those who can't help themselves? Volunteering in Hospice is a rewarding way to give back to the community. The patients and caregivers are so grateful to those people who so selflessly serve. Here are a few things you may be asked to do as a volunteer in Hospice: Listen, life review, small household chores, be a friend, read out loud, respite care to family, etc.. the list goes on and on.
