The South Carolina State Museum's NEW Junior Internship Program is seeking youth ages 15-17 who are considering careers in education. This is an unpaid volunteer position that is ideal for gaining real world experience in an educational environment, building resumes and networking with museum staff. Interns will work alongside staff members at summer science camps beginning May 29 - August 11. A one week commitment is required but students may volunteer up to five weeks if desired.
