Cookie Cupboard

The Cookie Cupboard Manager is a seasonal volunteer position during February, March, and April. She/he maintains accurate records of the cookie inventory. The CCM works directly with the the product sales staff to fulfill the product needs of the troop leaders and cookie chairs in a timely manner.

This position is flexible and the individual(s) who provide service through this opportunity can create a mutually agreed upon schedule.

Volunteers in this position will gain experience: (1) developing and maintaining data
entry skills, (2) providing customer service while working cooperatively with other adult volunteers and (3) practicing warehouse and inventory control skills.

Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
