FSPAB Program Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, and running FSPAB programs and projects
  • He/She will be in charge of the designing and developing the community based programs
  • He/She will be responsible for risk management strategies
  • Plan and set program goals and milestones
  • Clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly
  • Define resources and the schedule for the implementation of the program
  • Should be able to detect and solve program issues effectively
  • Must be able to supervise the program team and manage conflicts within the different committees and/or community partners
  • Perform team assessment and evaluate them
  • Should be capable of designing and maintaining program and documentation
  • Must recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing them
  • Must make sure all the measures comply with organization standards and procedures
  • This position reports to the Executive Director
