The DSAGSL is in need of childcare volunteers for our annual New Family Brunch. Each year, we invite families who have had a baby born with Down syndrome in the past two years to come together to network with other parents, hear parents of older children share their experiences, and enjoy a delicious brunch. We need volunteers to help with registration, serving food, and care for children with and without Down syndrome of varying ages. Interested volunteers should contact Abby Brandon, Volunteer and Events Manager, at abby@dsagsl.org.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis is to benefit the lives of people with Down syndrome and their families through individual and family support, education, public awareness and advocacy.
Description
What started out as a small group aiming to make a difference has turned in a large, far reaching organization with many of the same core values and goals.
Today the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis has a membership list of over 3,000 households including 1,800 individuals with Down syndrome. We have three core service areas: Awareness & Advocacy, Education and Family Support.
DSAGSL benefits the lives of people with Down syndrome and their families through a lifetime of support, education and advocacy. We envision a community where all people with Down syndrome can achieve their full potential. We are comprised of families, friends and professionals with this common interest. We know the joys and also understand the challenges of a child born with Down syndrome. We exist as an organization to encourage and support individuals with Down syndrome and their families on this journey.
