Lakeridge Winery hosts an annual Wine & Seafood festival. Visitors come to sample and purchase wine and seafood, as well as tour the beautiful vineyards of the winery. Our group is responsible for directing cars to their parking spaces. At the end of the weekend, the winery gives a donation to our non-profit organization (Central Florida Dreamplex) for our help with this effort.
There are two shifts each day of the weekend (six shifts total) and each shift lasts 3.5-4 hours. Volunteers should dress for warm and sunny weather. Water will be provided, though it's a good idea to bring a water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day. We are specifically looking for help on Friday afternoon (1:30-5:00), Sunday morning (11:00-2:00) and/or Sunday afternoon (2:00-5:00), but help with the other shifts is welcome also. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift. The winery has requested that our volunteers be at least 17 years old.

Description
The Central Florida Dreamplex is a fitness and recreational facility specifically for individuals and families with special needs and physical disabilities. We provide special-interest classes in tae kwon do, cheerleading, gymnastics/tumbling, ballet, hip-hop, and more! We offer after school programs, open gym nights, and other events throughout the year to bring together parents and families with special needs.
