SCORE Charleston SC is looking for a coordinator for our workshop speaker series.
The ideal volunteer will be coordinating our speakers, meeting rooms and workshops, roundtables as well as hosts for each event. The volunteer will also help with tracking of data related to each event such as the speaker, location, attendees, etc.
The ideal volunteer is creative and will help SCORE to streamline our process and to automate as much as possible. Basic computing skills are needed in MS office. Project management experience is a plus and someone who thrives working in a team environment.

Description
SCORE Charleston SC, covering the Lowcountry, is a local chapter of the national organization. Through confidential mentoring, provided at no charge to our small business startup and ongoing clients, and extensive workshops (minimal charge) and roundtable (no charge) eduction programs along with extensive online resources via experienced successful business people, SCORE provides a unique source to help small businesses succeed and prosper. To that end, we are constantly looking for experienced business people to join our ranks as mentors and allow us to provide volunteer counsel to more clients in need.
