One day per week, for 2 hours each visit the volunteer will report to to Office for Young Children to inventory returned library materials, This would require sitting, sorting and pieces from toy sets, wiping or disenfecting toys and noting missing, lost of broken items from a preset inventory list.

The Ingham County Office for Young Children promotes and improves the availability, affordability, and accessibility of quality early education and child care for children in Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, and Shiawassee counties. OYC is a program of the Ingham County Health Department and is funded in part by the County of Ingham (http://www.ingham.org/), the Michigan Early Childhood Investment Corporation, the City of Lansing, and other contracts. OYC provides regional services in Mid-Michigan and is part of the Great Start Child Care Central Regional Resource Center.
