West Berkeley Family Practice is looking for instructors to lead some of our health and wellness classes. We provide these classes (e.g. yoga, stress management, stretch and relaxation, etc.) to help support our patients as they deal with health issues, or to offer them a safe space to connect with people going through similar experiences. There is not one skill set required for this volunteer work, but experience with activities like yoga or dance is valued. Leading these classes can be an added responsibility to the open volunteer position at West Berkeley, or it can be separate. The dates and hours would likely be during the middle of the day on Tuesdays or Fridays, and classes would take place every two weeks or once a month. Please contact us if you are interested in supporting members of your community in a fun and rewarding way!

We welcome long-time residents and newcomers to our community. No matter what language you speak, or whether you have health insurance, you can count on us for help.
LifeLong Medical Care offers a sliding scale for low income patients based on family size and income. No Patient is denied health care services based on inability to pay.
