We are the recipients of a $120,000/year advertising grant from google and we need more people to join our adwords team. Interested?

You would be responsible for:
a) determining where, when, and to whom our online ads will be directed.
b) coming up with the ad copy for multiple ads in multiple countries and cities and even in multiple languages (we will assist with the multi-language ads).
c) researching the latest trends in online pay-per-click advertising, and staying on top of industry best practices
d) working independently or with other team members to design and set up the most effective pay-per-click landing pages for each of our many programs
e) tracking conversion rates of ads, and updating the ads monthly to improve the reach, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency of each ad.
f) acting independently without constant hand-holding and 'reminders' to get the job done
g) getting in touch with Google each time they stupidly declare that our ad grants account is now out of compliance (happens once a month lately)

You will report directly to the executive director and/or to one subordinate.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:

d) potentially earn a great letter of recommendation if you do a great job
