Creative thinking has huge benefits on the elderly population. It can give residents a sense of purpose, alleviate boredom, prevent feelings of depression, help hande-eye coordination, and increase cognitive abilities.

Five Dimensions of Wellness and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is the foundation of the program.
