RDMS, Inc is the newly formed vehicle for the Rick Duncanson Memorial Scholarship. What started as a small idea to carry on a passion for public service has morphed into a ambitious goal with big dreams - it is the our focus to provide as many scholarships as possible each year to deserving reciepients.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individual that has a knack for getting people and businesses to open their hearts and checkbooks for sponorships and donations to our events and cause.
There are currently two major fundraisers that require sponorships -
Rick's Ride - Motorcycle and hot rod poker run - June
Fit4Duty 5k - a walk/run with a team Fit4Duty Challenge - September

Mission Statement
To provide educational scholarships to students seeking education in the Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement Service fields and to family members of those working in these fields that are seeking higher education.
Description
Lt. Rick Duncanson was a 26 year veteran Firefighter/EMT and His greatest passion was to help and serve others. He did this through his dedication to both the Windham Fire and Rescue Departments, where he served as a member, a Deputy Chief, a Captain and a Lieutenant over the course of his career.
This organization is dedicated to continuing to fuel the passion in his memory by providing scholarships to those seeking a higher education in the Fire, EMS or Law Enforcement fields. As well as to support those who's family members have served and sacrificed in these fields with higher education scholarships.
Efforts to fund these scholarships come from donations and from fundraising events.
RICK'S RIDE - Motorcycle and Hot Rod Poker Run is a annual event that lets motorcyle and hot rod enthusiasts enjoy a ride while collecting a hand of cards to play when they arrive back to there starting point for a fabulous BBQ.
FIT4DUTY 5k is an annual 5k Run/walk with an added FIT4DUTY TEAM CHALLENGE which pits teams of 4 from Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement departments against each other for bragging rights and the perpetual trophy.
