Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. We have a an opportunity for family services and office support in our office just north of downtown Jacksonville. If you have previous office experience, are good with a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), we could use your help! Some of the projects you may be asked to work on include:

• Assisting HabiJax homeowners with basic computer skills and classes
• Preparing mailings (printing, labeling envelopes, stuffing envelopes)
• Data entry (survey data, client or volunteer information)
• Scanning (client or volunteer documents)
• Answering phones & greeting guests at our front desk
• Filing

Our tasks vary depending on the needs of our office at any given time. If you are retired and are interested in giving back to your community in a meaningful way, HabiJax can use your help! If you have a special skill or particular experience we should know about, please share!
