Hazael Haven, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry that services women and children experiencing domestic violence. We are seeking women to sit on our Board of Directors for various positions, including a Shelter Manager with credentials for our developing women's shelter. Our candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of HHI's women's shelter.

Responsibilities include hiring, training and managing shelter staff; Overseeing facilities management; Developing and implementing shelter rules and procedures and serves as the point of contact for shelter staff; Problem solving; Relationship development; Setting and monitoring the shelter's annual budget; Preparing facility spaces for training events (such as life-coaching, parenting skills, family finances trainings and career counseling); Preparing the facility for HHI clinicians to facilitate women with various clinical or counseling needs; Developing celebrations and programs that assure each women's success leading to independence; Setting goals and objectives related to fund-raising ideas to generate income.
