Provide event staff support for the April in Paris event. Duties include set up, clean up, kids' art activities, and social media support.
LOAD IN VOLUNTEERS: We need a dedicated load-in team of adults only to work TWO SHIFTS: daytime: 3:30-6:15 pm and evening 9- 9:30 pm. The daytime shift will be equipped with identifying wands, stop signs, etc., and the layout to load in vendors. The evening team will break down and deliver the tables to Foosaner Ed Center where the rental company will pick them up Monday.
ART ACTIVITIES: Assist instructors / kids with art activities led by Renee Foosaner Education Center staff. 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
SERVICE VOLUNTEERS: Since we have a professional trash team, volunteers only need to help set up the tables and keep them cleared of trash and replace the brown paper on top and clipped in place for wind. 6 - 9:30 p.m.

Description
The heart of an art museum is its permanent collection, held in the public trust and preserving works of art that project artistic and historical significance. Since opening in 1978 the Foosaner Art Museum has amassed over 5,000 objects, spanning 20 centuries. These items form the Museum’s Permanent Collection, reflecting not only the Museum’s interests and specialties, but also the lives of the people who have lived in the community.
Throughout the year, visitors can experience a changing selection of exhibitions. Rotating exhibitions of nationally and internationally recognized artists showcase contemporary trends and historical art movements as do the variety of exhibitions created from the Museum’s permanent collection. The Foosaner Art Museum’s permanent collection is comprised primarily of Modern and Contemporary Art and includes the Conill Mendoza Collection of American Industrial Design and the world's largest collection of works by Ernst Oppler (German, 1897 - 1929).
