We're looking for some friendly volunteers to lend a hand Saturday at our Metro North Recycling Center!

This outdoor volunteer opportunity is great for students wanting to keep busy and get experience on summer break. Volunteers assist the recycling center site manager with various duties, such as breaking down cardboard, assisting patrons, etc.

Afternoon shift: 1pm - 5pm.

Metro North Community Recycling Center is located north of the river. All volunteers must register in advance. Contact Amy Smith at 816-561-1087 or email. We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service or disciplinary service.
