Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Catholic Charities of Orange County

After attending our orientation on January 27th, 2018 from 9 am to 12 pm, complete a free 4 week training class on Saturday mornings to become a New Hope Hotline volunteer peer counselor. Interested trainees will then be assigned to a hotline shift. (Each shift is approximately 4 hours in length.) Calls cover all kinds of issues. Our volunteers use listening skills to allow callers to share their issues, express their feelings, feel supported, encouraged and offered prayer.
