The Guest Relations Ambassador encompasses three main functions: greets visitors and patients, dispenses patient information, as authorized by PHCS policy and in accordance with federal and state laws, directs visitors and provides internal escort service as appropriate and performs clerical duties related to lobby operations. Volunteers serve as part of a team and it is the responsibility of each team to ensure each function is available to patients and visitors on their respective shift. This may include team members making special accommodations for other team members who may not be able to fulfill specific duties such as escorting
