This opportunity can include being a youth mentor for a single youth or for a small group. It also could involve tutoring, participating in community projects like"Adopt-a- street" clean-ups and canned food drives. A volunteer could also possibly participate as a summer camp leader. Volunteers could also choose to work as an assistant to program founder or board members. The assistants may help with advertising and promotion and/or clerical administratively.

Description
The purpose of Work in Progress outreach program is to provide proactive and interactive services for underserved youth in middle school and junior high school. Our program uses methods such as mentoring, social skills development, tutoring, Christian based values and principles, and recreational activities.
